CHICKEN MEALS

General Notes:

  • All chicken meals come with one (1) choice of applesauce, fries, potato salad, mash and gravy, coleslaw, mac and cheese, green beans, a fruit cup, or cottage cheese.

  • Chicken sides CANNOT be substituted for a premium side or app (must be ordered as a chicken “snack” or a la carte).

  • All chicken meals are served with a honey butter biscuit and plasticware.

  • Check the chicken case periodically to ensure enough is in stock before you take an order.

  • Extra sauce comes at an extra cost.

    Instructions:

  • #10: Four Piece Chicken Tenders

    Instructions:

    Four (4) chicken tenders.

    Add sauce of choice (one (1) sauce per four (4) tenders).

  • #11: Two Piece Catfish

    Instructions:

    Two (2) pieces of catfish.

  • #12: Two Tenders and One Catfish

    Instructions:

    Two (2) tenders and one (1) piece of catfish.

  • #13: Shrimp Basket

    Instructions:

    Open bag of shrimp and dump into basket over a trash can.

    Shake out the extra breading.

    Place in oil and cook for three (3) minutes or until golden brown.

    When the shrimp are fully cooked, they are golden brown and floating.

    Lift and drain oil.

    Pour into a box and add salt.
