OVEN BAKED SUBS
General notes:
All subs should be placed in the oven vertically, not horizontally.
Let the sub go all the way through the oven before removing it.
All subs, except the Dagwood, Ham/Cheese, and Turkey/Cheese, receive butter and shake on the top bun.
Subs alone go in a 1/2 order box.
Subs with a side go in a 9x9 box.
All subs should be cut in half before being wrapped in foil and boxed.
Refill butter from the grill for subs.
OVEN BAKED SUBS

Steak Hoagie (SH)
Instructions:
Spray foil.
Place from left to right: steak hoagie patty, bottom bun, and top bun.
Add sauce to order on top and bottom bun.
Add toppings to order on top bun.
Put two (2) slices of provolone on top and bottom bun.
Place patty-first into sub oven.
Assemble as follows:
Bottom bun
Patty
Top bun.
Close the sub.
Flip to the bottom bun on top.
Remove the bottom bun to dress the sub.
Close the sub.
Flip the sub back over to the top with butter and shake.
Cut in half and place in the appropriate box.

Dagwood (Dag or Dagwood)
Instructions:
Spray foil.
Place sub bun face-up.
TOP BUN
Add three (3) folded slices of ham.
Add three (3) slices of salami.
Add two (2) slices of provolone.
BOTTOM BUN
Add three (3) folded slices of ham,
Add ten (10) slices of pepperoni.
Add two (2) slices of provolone.
Place in sub oven.
Take to dressing area.
Stack the meats and cheese on the top bun.
Add deluxe to the bottom bun.
Cut in half and place in the appropriate box.

Italian Sub (IT)
Instructions:
Spray foil.
Place sub bun face-up.
TOP BUN
Add three (3) folded slices of ham.
Add three (3) slices of salami.
Add onions, green peppers, and banana peppers.
Add two (2) slices of provolone.
BOTTOM BUN
Add three (3) folded slices of ham.
Add ten (10) slices of pepperoni.
Add two (2) slices of provolone.
Place in sub oven.
Add one (1) line of italian dressing after cooking in the oven.
Add butter and shake to top of sub.
Cut in half and place in the appropriate box.

Ham and Cheese Sub (H/C Sub)
Instructions:
Spray foil.
Place sub bun face-up.
TOP BUN
Add three (3) foldedslices of ham.
Add two (2) slices of provolone.
BOTTOM BUN
Add three (3) folded slices of ham.
Add two (2) slices of provolone.
Place in sub oven.
NOTE: After the sub comes out of the oven, bring it to the deli counter by the main grill for cold toppings only.
Close sub and cut in half.
Cut in half and place in the appropriate box.

Pizza Sub (Pizza Sub)
Instructions:
Spray foil. Place sub bun face-up.
TOP BUN
Add pizza sauce.
Add three (3) folded slices of ham.
Add three (3) slices of salami.
Add banana peppers and sliced onions.
Add two (2) slices of provolone.
BOTTOM BUN
Add pizza sauce.
Add three (3) folded slices of ham.
Add ten (10) slices of pepperoni.
Add two (2) slices of provolone.
Place in sub oven.
Close the sub.
Flip the sub back over to the top with butter and shake.
Cut in half and place in the appropriate box.

Monster Hoagie (Monster Hoagie)
Instructions:
Spray two (2) pieces of foil.
On first foil place two (2) hoagie patties
On the second foil place the bottom bun, and top bun.
TOP BUN
Add sauce to order.
Add toppings to order.
Put two (2) slices of provolone.
BOTTOM BUN
Add sauce to order.
Put two (2) slices of provolone.
Place patty-first into sub oven.
After the sub comes out of the oven, bring it to the deli counter by the main grill.

Riley Sub (Riley)
Instructions:
Spray foil.
Place sub bun face-up.
TOP BUN
Add pizza sauce.
Add ten (10) pepperoni.
Add two (2) slices of provolone.
BOTTOM BUN
Add pizza sauce.
Add ten (10) pepperoni.
Add two (2) slices of provolone.
Place in sub oven.
After the sub comes out of the oven, remove and close the sub.
Flip the sub back over to the top with butter and shake.
Cut in half and place in the appropriate box.

Veggie Sub (Veg Sub)
Instructions:
Spray foil. Place sub bun face-up.
TOP BUN
Evenly distributed banana peppers, diced green peppers, sliced onions, mushrooms, and pickles.
Add two (2) pieces of provolone.
BOTTOM BUN
Evenly distributed banana peppers, diced green peppers, sliced onions, mushrooms, and pickles.
Add two (2) pieces of provolone.
Place into the sub oven.
After the sub comes out of the oven, remove and close the sub.
Flip to the bottom bun on top.
Remove the bottom bun add lettuce, tomato, and one (1) line of italian dressing to the bottom bun.
Close the sub.
Flip the sub back over to the top with butter and shake.
Cut in half and place in the appropriate box.
